Formula and method
These are not real fonts but special Unicode characters that look like styled letters (the โMathematical Alphanumeric Symbolsโ block, circled and squared letters, combining strokes). That is why they keep their look when pasted into apps that do not let you change fonts.
Worked example
โKalkulyโ becomes ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ in bold, ๐๐ช๐ต๐ด๐พ๐ต๐ in cursive, ๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ช in double-struck and โโโโโคโโจ in bubbles. Accents are kept: โรฉtรฉโ becomes ๐ฬ๐ญ๐ฬ.
Frequently asked questions
Do these fonts work on Instagram and TikTok?
Yes, in the bio, captions, comments and names, because they are ordinary Unicode characters. A few rare styles may show as squares on very old phones.
Are there any downsides?
Screen readers for blind people read them badly, and search engines do not treat them as normal words. Use them for a few words of decoration, not for whole texts or important keywords.
